I am a SCBWI member, artist, freelance writer, former high school teacher, aspiring author and CHILD ENTHUSIAST. Oh, and I am almost 40, so no cracking jokes about old people.
I write and illustrate (and actively shop around) picture books but am always doodling and illustrating for my kids, their friends and their teachers. For years I have been the "go to" person for ALL THINGS CREATIVE and I love it!
I speak at area schools and women's retreats on everything from writing and illustrating to character building and good values to creative ways to get through motherhood without scars.
